Requirements
Review students’ CVs, personal statements, and research proposals
Provide detailed academic feedback aligned with UK and US academic standards
Refine research directions, methodologies, and logical frameworks
Conduct mock PhD interviews and deliver structured feedback
Coach students on academic communication, presentation, and articulation of research motivation
Communicate with professors to assess supervision compatibility and guide students on professional outreach
Evaluate students’ understanding of their research questions and methods
Assess research proposal depth, logic, and feasibility, and provide systematic improvement suggestions
Participate in online meetings between students and supervisors when needed
