As a sales executive, you'll identify new business opportunities in order to generate revenue, improve profitability and help the business grow.

  • Serve customers by selling products and meeting customer needs

  • Service existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organising daily work schedule to communicate with existing or potential clients

  • Adjust content of sales presentations by understanding the client needs

  • Provide relevant product information by referring to price lists and product information

  • Keep management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily client reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual analyses

  • Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, and marketing techniques

  • Recommend changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments

  • Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management

  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by reading relevant information online, reviewing professional publications, establishing networks, and learning from other colleagues in the company

  • Provide historical records by maintaining records on client sales and other relevant information

  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing relevant results as needed

  • Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers

  • Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs

  • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships

  • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule

  • Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments

  • Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.

  • Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends

  • Continuously improve through feedback


You will need to have:

You will need to show:

  • Fluent Mandarin & English

  • communication skills that allow you to inform, help and advise clients clearly and to liaise effectively with other professionals

  • listening skills, to understand exactly what clients require

  • problem-solving skills

  • confidence, patience, politeness, tact and diplomacy, when dealing with difficult situations

  • creative thinking, to be able to come up with new ideas to improve client service standards

  • an ability to work well under pressure

  • organisational and planning skills to develop client service policies

  • good personal presentation, especially when face-to-face with clients

  • a commitment to improve your client service skills on an ongoing basis.



  • Final year undergraduate or postgraduate who is ready to start working full time

  • Undergraduate or postgraduate students from one of the top universities in the UK

  • Previous internship/working experience in sales or client management is preferred

  • Fluent in both written and spoken English and Mandarin
