Job Description
As a sales executive, you'll identify new business opportunities in order to generate revenue, improve profitability and help the business grow.
Serve customers by selling products and meeting customer needs
Service existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organising daily work schedule to communicate with existing or potential clients
Adjust content of sales presentations by understanding the client needs
Provide relevant product information by referring to price lists and product information
Keep management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily client reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual analyses
Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, and marketing techniques
Recommend changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments
Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management
Maintain professional and technical knowledge by reading relevant information online, reviewing professional publications, establishing networks, and learning from other colleagues in the company
Provide historical records by maintaining records on client sales and other relevant information
Contribute to team effort by accomplishing relevant results as needed
Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
Continuously improve through feedback

Requirements:
Final year undergraduate or postgraduate who is ready to start working full time
Undergraduate or postgraduate students from one of the top universities in the UK
Previous internship/working experience in sales or client management is preferred
Fluent in both written and spoken English and Mandarin
