As a Web Developer at AcademiaOne, you will play a pivotal role in creating and maintaining our web-based platforms and applications. You will collaborate closely with our cross-functional team of designers, product managers, and fellow developers to build user-friendly, responsive, and visually appealing websites and web applications.

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent work experience).

  • Proven experience in web development using technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern web frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, or Vue.js).

  • Familiarity with front-end and back-end development processes.

  • Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and agile development methodologies.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

  • A passion for education and a desire to make a positive impact in the academic sector.

Requirements

  • Develop, test, and maintain web applications and websites for AcademiaOne.

  • Collaborate with the design team to ensure responsive and visually appealing user interfaces.

  • Implement security best practices to protect user data and maintain the integrity of our systems.

  • Optimize web applications for performance and scalability.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in web development.

  • Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
